As singer and songwriter of Beyond Frequencies, I bring energy and authenticity to the stage. Beyond music, I’m an experienced business development and communication expert (EMBA HSG & MA Communication UZH), passionate about transformational leadership and the power of communication.

As strategic advisor I accompany companies in their strategy development and support the executive team in its implementation by helping them to acquire transformational leadership skills. Because transformational leadership is the driving force of business development.

As public speaker, panel leader, and event moderator, I combine expertise with an engaging, entertaining approach. Drawing from both business and showbiz, I captivate audiences with ease, making complex topics accessible and memorable.

I achieved international recognition as semi-finalist of the International Songwriting Competition in 2012 and even a #1 position in the alternative rock charts twice in 2013 and in 2021. And I have extensive experience as live performer. I toured all around the world, from Mexico to New Zealand, from the US and Europe. I rocked the Center Stage at the infamous Burning Man Festival three years in a row. And I have performed at the legendary Viper Room, where the Pussy Cat Dolls once made it big.

You guessed it: Blazy Flash is not my real name. It's my alter ego and my stage name. The concept of an alter ego is very common in the entertainment industry. I myself have used the method specifically to strengthen my stage presence and charisma - an extremely effective tool that has also proven its worth in leadership communication and serves as a personal development instrument, because it is a very effective tool for shaping perception.
